and conditions
Everyone who joins up to this board agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. You must be 18 or over to enter the site.
2. This site is only for Butches and Transguys who love Femmes and Femmes
who love Butches and Transguys. If your preferences are other than this then
please keep it off this site. This site is not Butch on Butch, Femme on Femme
or for Transpeople who are going stealth (living a straight life with no recognition
of their queer past). If we feel that certain topics are undermining the purpose
of this board, they will be deleted and you will receive a private message
explaining why the post has been deleted. If you do not ID, we are not interested
in hearing about it.
3. No member shall direct a personal attack at another member.
4. Some of our members may be going through a transition or may have already
transitioned. Any person found to be disclosing personal information about
a trans member prior to their transition will be automatically banned.
5. Members who ‘spam’, which includes "invitations"
to visit another Butch/Femme/Transguy site will be automatically banned.
6. Even if none of the rules have been violated, we may send a private message
to you if we feel that the harmony of the board is being disrupted. This is
a friendly site and is very closely monitored at all times. If you don't like
the site, just leave. Do not incite others to cause trouble as this will result
in your own banning and their banning. Similarly, goodbye attacks on the owners
and moderators of this board constitutes a personal attack and will result
in a banning.
7. PM's are to remain private unless with the permission of the sender.
8. From time to time relationships will break up on the site. This is only
to be expected, and bad feeling for a while is also to be expected under these
circumstances. Should anything resulting from a break-up spill over onto the
board, then all parties involved will have their membership suspended for
two weeks to give things time to settle.
9. Any material posted by users falls under the copyright protection of Butch-Femme.co.uk
We get requests to delete threads. This has lead to us being brought in to
peoples arguments and disagreements because it appears that we are taking
sides. As a result we will only delete threads upon request by the person
who started the thread. Please think carefully before you press the submit
button. We are very busy and don't want to find ourselves caught up in personal
issues. We also will not delete material posted by a member of this site once
they have left, whether they have left through their own choice or by banning.
10.We have been given permission to put pictures of members up in the past
and once they have been established as part of the site, we have then been
asked to take them down. This causes an extraordinary amount of work in sifting
through photographs from the same event to come up with replacements. Once
you have given your permission we will not remove the photographs.
11. We will not delete the profile of a user that has posted.
12. BDSM material is to be kept in the Leather Lounge. This is not a BDSM
site. We have vanilla members as well as BDSM members.
We reserve the right to add to this list as the need arises.
You will see an exclamation mark on each post, next to the edit facility.
This is a report post function. It enables you to report a post that you may
find offensive, is not in keeping with Butch/Femme/Trans or if you just feel
that our attention should be brought to it. It will automatically send an
email to me and the mods and we can then check it out.
